Roman Tool & Fabricating Inc. embarked on its journey in 1991 in Windsor, Ontario, initially specializing as a premier Fabricator and Machine Shop. As we grew and diversified our capabilities, we expanded our offerings to include Conveyors and light Automation solutions, catering to the evolving needs of our customers.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and fueled by the trust of our customers, our business grew. Our dedication to quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions propelled us forward, paving the way for our continued success.

In response to our expanding operations and the increasing demand for our services, we made the strategic decision to establish ourselves in a spacious 24,000 square foot facility. This state-of-the-art space serves as our operational hub, equipped to accommodate projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Within our organized facility, we possess the capacity and versatility to undertake a diverse range of projects, from small-scale custom fabrications to large-scale industrial endeavors. Services

Engineering

Our engineers craft precision components and machinery to meet your needs, innovating solutions for manufacturing challenges and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency. From intricate parts to large-scale equipment, they ensure meticulous craftsmanship and functionality. Their expertise spans material selection, structural analysis, and integrating advanced technologies, driving innovation in every project.

Fabricating

We have certified welders and top of the line equipment in our Fabricating Department. You are guaranteed that the pieces fit at first try. We can cut, fit, and weld steel, aluminum and stainless steel products, using MIG, TIG and stick welding as needed. Custom shapes are no problem. Our CNC cutting machine can cut irregular shapes as big as 8′ X 24′ and as thick as 10 inches.

Machining

In our Machining Department, we excel in pin-point precision, achieving tolerances of +/- 0.0015. With 6 boring mills and 2 jig bores at our disposal, we ensure impeccable finishes for every project. Equipped with a diverse range of cutting tools and guided by our skilled machinists, we are confident that your parts meet exact specifications outlined in the drawings.
